Enterprise Architecture Solutions (iServer)
A single source of truth for architecture—well-structured, governed, and connected to your delivery tools.
Why it matters
An EA repository only adds value when it is modeled consistently, governed, and visible to stakeholders. Orbus iServer/iServer365 supports TOGAF® and ArchiMate® out-of-the-box and aligns tightly with Microsoft 365 for collaboration and reporting, making it suitable for organizations standardizing EA at scale.
How the iServer solution is set up
- Metamodel & catalogs: Define a practical metamodel (capabilities, data domains, applications, integrations, technologies) and load starter catalogs; tailor as needed for traceability. (ArchiMate®/TOGAF® support and metamodel customization are core features.)
 - Viewpoints & notation: Standardize executive and solution-level diagrams (e.g., capability heatmaps, integration maps, data lineage) using ArchiMate® views and style guides.
 - Standards & reference content: Establish re-usable patterns (API/event-driven, data domains, cloud landing zones, IAM) and a standards/exception process inside the repository. (TOGAF®-aligned toolkits available.)
 - Governance workflow (ARB): Operate a risk-based Architecture Review Board with review criteria, SLAs, decision templates, and audit trails captured in iServer. (TOGAF® governance support).
 - Microsoft 365 integrations: Connect Teams/SharePoint for collaboration, and Power BI for dashboards (pre-built report packs, Azure imports, lifecycle reviews via Teams).
 - Change & portfolio linkage: Sync with portfolio tools where applicable; maintain decision logs and “keep/transform/retire” states for application rationalization. (Repository used as central source of truth.)
 - Public-sector mapping (as needed): Cross-reference repository artifacts to NORA lifecycle stages (current/target architectures, reference models, governance evidence) to support KSA accreditation.

What you get
- Configured iServer workspace with a right-sized metamodel, catalogs, and naming conventions.
 - ArchiMate® viewpoint library and diagram style guides for consistent communication.
 - Standards & reference patterns stored in the repository with an exceptions process (TOGAF®-aligned).
 - ARB governance kit (review criteria, SLAs, decision templates) and audit-ready decision logs.
 - Dashboards & reports (Power BI) showing standards adoption, tech-debt burn-down, lifecycle status, and change impact.
 - NORA evidence mapping (if public): index of artifacts against NORA stages for accreditation support.
