King Abdulaziz Quality Award (KAQA)
A clear path to excellence recognition—model alignment, measurable results, and audit-ready evidence.
Why it matters
KAQA recognizes organizations that deliver sustained performance and value for society. Readiness is strongest when day-to-day management systems (quality, continuity, security, environment, OH&S) and process-maturity practices are already operated and when results are traceable to strategy, stakeholders, and national priorities.
Relevant credentials you already use can reinforce KAQA evidence in People, Process, and Society/Value result areas. If useful, they are referenced explicitly in the evidence index. (Other listings are noted internally but only cited where they add value to KAQA criteria.)
How KAQA readiness is built
				- Scope & model mapping: Confirm sector/size category and map the KAQA criteria to your context (leadership, strategy, customers/beneficiaries, people & culture, partnerships & resources, processes & digital enablement, and results).
 - Baseline & evidence scan: Review strategies, policies, KPIs, and improvement records; link existing management-system artifacts (e.g., ISO procedures, audits, management reviews, exercises) to the relevant KAQA items.
 - Stakeholder insights: Consolidate customer/citizen, employee, and partner feedback (surveys/interviews/VoC); align measures with the results required by the model.
 - Results framework: Define a concise results pack—customer, people, operational, financial, and society value—with time series, targets, and benchmarks; highlight causal links to initiatives.
 - Improvement plan: Identify gaps and quick wins; prioritize actions across leadership routines, capability building, process control, service quality, and digital enablement.
 - Storyboards & narratives: Prepare structured write-ups that answer the KAQA prompts (approach, deployment, learning, integration), referencing evidence items directly.
 - Mock assessment & calibration: Run a simulated assessment with scoring, panel Q&A, and site-visit rehearsal; refine narratives, exhibits, and data quality.
 - Submission & continuity: Assemble the application, evidence index, and references; set a cadence to keep indicators current beyond the award cycle.

- Model-to-practice map showing where each KAQA criterion is satisfied, partially met, or missing.
 - Evidence index linking KAQA items to policies, KPIs, audits, exercises, and improvement records (including ISO and CMMI artifacts where relevant).
 - Results pack with trend lines, targets, and external benchmarks for customer, people, operations, financial, and societal impact.
 - Improvement plan with owners, milestones, and success measures.
 - Storyboards & panel prep (concise narratives, exhibits, and Q&A guide).
 - Submission bundle and a simple refresh plan to sustain performance and readiness.
