A structured way to baseline, evidence, and improve your digital-government score—aligned to DGA’s Qiyās measurement.
Why it matters
Qiyās is the Kingdom’s official measurement for government digital transformation. Recent guidance highlights a shift from generic “maturity” to compliance with defined standards—with entities asked to supply evidence, track actions, and improve service outcomes in line with the national Digital Government Strategy (2023–2030).
DGA provides a central platform for documenting requirements, routing them to owners, and uploading evidence to close each item—so internal coordination and audit-ready documentation are essential.
How the Qiyās assessment is carried out

- Mock review & calibration: Run a dry-run against Qiyās expectations to test completeness, consistency, and traceability of evidence; adjust ratings and actions where needed.
- Submission support: Prepare the submission package and evidence index; assist with clarifications and follow-ups via the DGA platform.
- Performance & continuity: Set a review cadence (monthly/quarterly) to monitor closure, keep evidence current, and feed improvements into the digital-transformation portfolio tied to the Digital Government Strategy.
